About Air-Weigh®
Air-Weigh® manufactures on-board digital scales for commercial trucks and trailers. Their systems help fleets across construction, waste management, agriculture, and long-haul trucking maximize payloads, stay compliant with weight regulations, and avoid costly overweight fines.
Their tagline says it all: Load Once, Load Legal, and Go!®
The company sells through OEM partnerships with major truck manufacturers, a dealer network, and direct sales for fleet retrofits. They needed a digital presence that matched the quality of their products.
The Challenge
When Air-Weigh® came to us, they had a problem hiding in plain sight. They were making sales, but their website was working against them.
The site scored a 9 out of 100 on Google’s mobile speed test. Pages took forever to load. The user experience was frustrating. And Google was noticing.
Their blog existed, but it wasn’t doing any heavy lifting. Most posts were event announcements. “See us at booth 412 at the expo.” Useful for existing customers, invisible to new ones.
They had case studies showcasing their products in action, but the content wasn’t structured or optimized to attract search traffic. Potential customers searching for solutions weren’t finding Air-Weigh®.

The Strategy
We built a three-part content engine designed to capture customers at different stages of their journey.
Part 1: Rebuild the Foundation
Before any content strategy could work, the website needed to perform. We rebuilt the entire site from the ground up with a focus on speed, mobile usability, and clean architecture.
Mobile speed score went from 9 to 88. Page load times dropped dramatically. The site finally worked the way a modern website should.
Part 2: Use Case Content
Air-Weigh®‘s products solve real problems for logistics fleets. But their website wasn’t telling those stories.
We created a library of use case articles showing exactly how on-board scales work in different applications. Not product specs. Real scenarios with real business impact.
One example: an article explaining how ready-mix concrete fleets can use weight data to predict when mixer drums need chipping. Instead of guessing or following arbitrary schedules, fleet managers can use Air-Weigh® weight data to schedule maintenance based on actual buildup. Potential savings: $80,000+ per truck annually.
We also built an Interactive ROI calculator that lets visitors input their fleet size and see exactly how much they could save by eliminating trips to the scale.

Part 3: The State Fines Authority Engine
This was the big play.
We realized something important: fleet managers searching for Air-Weigh®‘s solution aren’t searching for the product. They’re searching for the problem.
When a driver gets an overweight ticket in Texas, the fleet manager searches “overweight fines Texas.” When someone’s planning routes through California, they search “California truck weight limits.” These are high-intent, problem-aware searches.
Air-Weigh®‘s product is the solution. But nobody was connecting the dots.
We built comprehensive overweight fine pages for all 50 states. Each page covers legal weight limits, fine structures, enforcement methods, and how fleets can avoid citations. The content is genuinely useful. And at the bottom of every page, the solution is clear: Air-Weigh® on-board scales.
